Pricing depends on your home's size, the service type, and how often you schedule. Weekly plans receive a 5% discount; bi-weekly plans receive a 2.5% discount. Monthly service is billed at standard rate. Request a free quote online or call (410) 695-6993.
A regular cleaning maintains an already-clean home — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Our one-time cleaning is always a full deep clean, going further: inside appliances, behind furniture, baseboards, window sills, grout scrubbing, and areas a standard recurring visit doesn't cover. Every first-time or one-time booking includes this full deep-clean scope.
Yes. Our move-in and move-out cleaning is a thorough top-to-bottom clean designed to satisfy landlords, impress new owners, and help renters recover their security deposits. We clean inside cabinets, appliances, closets, and every surface. Book as far in advance as possible — move dates fill up quickly.
A standard cleaning of a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2.5–4 hours depending on the home's condition and the number of bathrooms. A first-time deep clean of the same home may take 4–6 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you request your quote.
We clean interior window sills, tracks, and glass as part of a deep cleaning or move-in/move-out service. Exterior window washing is not included in our standard services. If you'd like exterior windows cleaned, let us know and we can discuss options.

You can book online 24/7 using our booking form, call us at (410) 695-6993, or email info@chesapeakepremiercleaning.com. Need to reschedule? Just give us 48 hours notice and there's no cancellation fee.
You don't need to do much — just pick up personal items, loose clothing, and clutter so our team can clean surfaces effectively. Securing pets in a comfortable space during the visit is also appreciated. That's it. We handle everything else.
No. Most of our clients provide a key or door code and go about their day. Our team is fully insured, bonded, and background-checked. Many clients tell us they love coming home to a freshly cleaned house without any interruption to their schedule.
