These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the cleaning services provided by Chesapeake Premier Cleaning and the website at chesapeakepremiercleaning.com. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Chesapeake Premier Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Harford and Cecil County, Maryland. Specific services, frequencies, and pricing are agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for changes in scope, property size, or condition that differ materially from the original booking description.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any customer at our discretion, including situations involving unsafe conditions, excessive clutter beyond a standard cleaning scope, or conduct that is disrespectful to our team.
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system or by phone. By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the property for cleaning.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, access codes, or other entry instructions. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' noticeto cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel on short notice due to an emergency, please contact us directly and we will work with you.
Payment terms are established at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require payment at the time of service for new customers or following a returned payment.
Prices quoted are based on the information provided at booking. If the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional charges.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies to work performed during the original service visit. It does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or areas not included in the original service scope.
Chesapeake Premier Cleaning is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event that our team causes damage to your property, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products. If you or anyone in your household has allergies or sensitivities to specific cleaning agents, please inform us before your appointment so we can accommodate your needs.
For the safety of our team, we are unable to clean properties with known biohazard conditions, extreme hoarding, or active pest infestations without prior arrangement and appropriate scope agreement.
