How much does residential cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on your home's size, the service type, and how often you schedule. Weekly plans receive a 5% discount; bi-weekly plans receive a 2.5% discount. Monthly service is billed at standard rate. Request a free quote online or call (410) 695-6993.

What's the difference between a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning?

A regular cleaning maintains an already-clean home — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. Our one-time cleaning is always a full deep clean, going further: inside appliances, behind furniture, baseboards, window sills, grout scrubbing, and areas a standard recurring visit doesn't cover. Every first-time or one-time booking includes this full deep-clean scope.

Do you offer move-in / move-out cleaning?

Yes. Our move-in and move-out cleaning is a thorough top-to-bottom clean designed to satisfy landlords, impress new owners, and help renters recover their security deposits. We clean inside cabinets, appliances, closets, and every surface. Book as far in advance as possible — move dates fill up quickly.

How long does it take to clean a 3-bedroom house?

A standard cleaning of a 3-bedroom home typically takes 2.5–4 hours depending on the home's condition and the number of bathrooms. A first-time deep clean of the same home may take 4–6 hours. We'll give you a time estimate when you request your quote.

Do you clean windows?

We clean interior window sills, tracks, and glass as part of a deep cleaning or move-in/move-out service. Exterior window washing is not included in our standard services. If you'd like exterior windows cleaned, let us know and we can discuss options.

How do I schedule or reschedule service?

You can book online 24/7 using our booking form, call us at (410) 695-6993, or email info@chesapeakepremiercleaning.com. Need to reschedule? Just give us 48 hours notice and there's no cancellation fee.

How do I prepare my home for a cleaning visit?

You don't need to do much — just pick up personal items, loose clothing, and clutter so our team can clean surfaces effectively. Securing pets in a comfortable space during the visit is also appreciated. That's it. We handle everything else.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our clients provide a key or door code and go about their day. Our team is fully insured, bonded, and background-checked. Many clients tell us they love coming home to a freshly cleaned house without any interruption to their schedule.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, fully. Chesapeake Premier Cleaning is licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Maryland. Every team member is background-checked before joining us. You can book with confidence knowing your home and belongings are protected.

What's the difference between bonded and insured?

Being insured means we carry liability coverage to protect your home and belongings if something is accidentally damaged during a cleaning. Being bonded provides additional protection against theft. Chesapeake Premier Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Maryland — every team member is also background-checked.

How do I know my cleaning team can be trusted in my home?

Every Chesapeake Premier Cleaning team member goes through a thorough background check before their first day. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Maryland. We assign a consistent team to your home so you build familiarity and trust over time. Many of our clients leave a key or door code and go about their day with complete peace of mind.

Do I get the same cleaning technician each visit?

Yes — we assign a consistent technician to your home so they get to know your preferences, your space, and your standards. You won't have to re-explain your home every time. Same technician, same standards, every visit.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If anything doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no charge. We don't consider a job done until you're happy.

Are your cleaning products really eco-friendly?

Yes — we exclusively use EPA Safer Choice certified products. That means every product has been reviewed by the EPA and confirmed to be safer for people, pets, and the environment. No harsh chemicals, no strong fumes, no residue that isn't safe around kids or animals.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes — we arrive fully equipped with all EPA Safer Choice certified products and professional cleaning equipment. You don't need to provide anything. If you have a preferred product you'd like us to use for a specific area, just let us know.

What areas do you serve in Maryland?

We serve Harford County and Cecil County, Maryland — including Bel Air, Aberdeen, Havre de Grace, Edgewood, Fallston, Forest Hill, Churchville, Jarrettsville, Elkton, North East, Perryville, Conowingo, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call.

When was Chesapeake Premier Cleaning founded?

Should I tip my cleaning team?

Tipping is completely optional and never expected, but always appreciated. If your team did an exceptional job, a tip of $10–$20 per cleaner is a meaningful way to say thank you. You can leave cash or mention it when you contact us.

From the Founders

Built on Trust, Rooted in Maryland

Chesapeake Premier Cleaning started with a simple mission: give hardworking families their weekends back while protecting the watershed we all love.

As lifelong Harford County residents, Erin and Rob Crickenberger saw neighbors choosing between a clean home and precious family time. They knew there had to be a better way — one that didn't sacrifice your health or our bay.

Today, we're proud to serve over 50 homes and businesses across Harford and Cecil County with eco-friendly cleaning that delivers results without compromise.

“We started Chesapeake Premier because we saw neighbors choosing between a clean home and precious family time. You shouldn't have to make that trade-off.”

Erin was wonderful to work with scheduling and answering questions for my initial deep clean. The two technicians arrived on time, were very polite and friendly. They provided a thorough cleaning and provided nice touches in the house! The house smelled amazing and was so wonderful to walk into a clean house! Extra bonus is knowing that the products used are eco friendly for my family. Will definitely be scheduling bi-weekly cleanings.
